Summary: Decent price and decent accommodations. Nothing at all fancy—“check in” consists of taking an envelope with a key from the front door. Very old school motel vibe, but decently clean. Interacted with a staff member the morning we left and he seemed very friendly, but that was it for interpersonal experiences. Not at all fancy, but provided the bed we needed at the point we needed at a reasonable price.

Summary: The property manager is unhingeded and a complete tyrant. He was banging on our door while we were trying to sleep after a long day. It was 10:30 PM and there were literally 2 other guests in the entire complex. Instead of asking us nicely to turn down the music he instead started yelling and threatened to kick us out because he thought the music was too loud for him.. So unprofessional on your part buddy you need to learn a little selfcontrol and a lesson on customer service.

Summary: The Lobby was permanently closed between the time we booked and the time of our stay, so we never saw any staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the parking lot was poorly plowed and shoveled from a snow storm which made parking limited, and walking in the lot to our room dangerously icy. Is very close to many good spots to shop and eat, as well as very close to the Ice Castles.
